Donations and Sponsorships: The mission of the Keeping Minds Developing Foundation, Inc. (KMD) is to develop young minds through programs and services that help to educate not only the youth, but also their families; and to engage the communities that surround them for even greater success. We are a 501(C)(3) educational public charity.

Donations are a big part of our operation without them our programs would have a hard time maintaining our services. KMD needs donations and sponsors to help us in this endeavor. As of 2013 we are in the process of expansion which means our annual budget has increased. We are looking to purchase a used property for our expansion, this property is 25,671 sq. ft. and capable of housing all three of our departments, Tutoring, Mentoring, G.E.D., and a Food Pantry for the less fortunate.


We are a 501 (c) (3) public charity all contributions are tax exempt. Every Cents counts and is much appreciated , we are offering several monthly and annual sponsorship packages, all sponsors will be listed on our website, at our community events, along with being published in the community newspaper as our partner and sponsor. Your sponsorship and donations will go a long way in helping to feed, clothed, and provide a learning center for the youth and those less fortunate.

Packages consists of donors who will sponsor KMD Foundation, Inc. through one of our monthly or yearly Silver, Gold, Platinum, or Diamond packages.
